Baptism

We offer baptism at all of our campuses several times throughout the year. Baptism might look a bit different, depending on where you are. You may be on site, or may find yourself at a lake or a river, or even the beach. We will provide everything you need to be baptized, including t-shirts and towels. If you are interested in being baptized please let us know.

What We Believe About Baptism

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward reality. A believer is put under the water, which is symbolic of the death to the old way of life, as Colossians states. We then rise out of the water, with Christ into the new way of living; a life lived for Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. As Paul writes, “We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” (Romans 6v3-5).
